The Cafe Magdalena is an oasis for coffee fans who seek peace and quiet apart from the bustling city and a true treat in modern café design. Sparse, Zen nooks provide areas for quiet reflection, while other areas offer the perfect chance to get social with other Cafe Magdalena patrons. The contemporary furniture design, as well as the surrounding decor, evolves and changes from room to room. AKSL Architects provided the perfect range of aesthetic diversity – one room is simple, dark, and clean; another is wide open, flanked on one side by brilliant classic prints and furnished with simple, warm pieces. Our favorite area has a creative interior that is bright and playful, using vivid oranges and flowing symbolic murals. This café serves up more than just coffee and cakes – it’s the perfect dose of design with movement and personality!
